Beautiful 7 1/2" Footed Bowl by Heisey in the Waverly blank.

Lovely swirl design and wavy rim.

Signed with the H in the diamond. It has some bubbles and inclusions in glass from mfg process, has a couple tiny fleabites but no scratches.
