Candleholder Drip Guard - Peg Nappy

Here for consideration is a glass drip guard candle holder, some call this a nappy.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. We believe it was made by one of the elegant glass makers such as Cambridge. We do not know its age. Unused condition and measures 5 1/4".
