Placing an Order

A. Shopping at Cherished Collectilbes is extremely safe, we consider your safety top priority in protecting your personal information.

The shopping cart pages are protected through the Yahoo network. Credit card payments are protected whether directly entered or when paying through Pay Pal.

A. All items listed for sale are in stock except for the Armani Figurines. Availability is displayed on each item.

In a rare case we may have made an error in our stock. The extensive line of Armani figurines are ordered and shipped directly from the U.S. Distributor, in 90% of the orders the item is in stock. The stock can be verified prior to placing the order.

A. Orders can be shipped to an alternate address within the U.S. only.

Credit Cards, Money Orders or Personal Checks: The two addresses, both shipping and billing addresses can be entered. The first address entered is the shipping address, to enter the billing address, select "Other" to override shipping address.

A. Sales Tax is calculated on all orders shipped within California at the base rate of 7.25% it is up to each California resident to pay any additional city or county sales taxes above the base rate on their annual tax return in accordance with the laws.

Shipments outside of California. The customer is responsible for paying the Sales Use Tax in accordance with the laws within your state or country.

A. We are sorry we are unable to ship to military addresses or PO Boxes. We ship only USPS Priority Mail International. We ship outside the U.S to Canada only.

A. An automated e-mail is sent to confirm the order has been placed. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us.

A. Some items can be ordered and shipped directly from the manufacture or distributor. In some cases this will delay shipment of the items, up to 3 weeks. Just ask us.

A. All orders are shipped insured, a signature confirmation will be required on all orders of $250 or more, no exceptions.

A. We are sorry we do not take phone orders, we ask all of our customers to place their orders online, as we would have to do to process your order, as credit cards can only be processed online. This is also to avoid errors on the order information. If you do not want to place your credit card online please pay using Pay Pal.
