Q1. What payment methods are available?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club and Discover cards for U.S. orders. Visa and Mastercard only is offered for International Orders. Pay Pal is also accepted, a confirmed address is required for this method.
Your credit card information is secured through the Yahoo network. We do not print or store your information in our local database offline.
Money Orders and Personal Checks are accepted, see question "4" for policy.
Q2. Is it safe to pay with my credit card?
A. We are part of the Yahoo Shopping network and have secured checkout. Security Metrics, an independent firm, has verified our computer system and network safe for the processing of credit cards.
Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.
Q3. Do you accept international payments (outside the U.S.)?
A. A Visa or Mastercard international credit card can be used to make your payment. We will only ship to the confirmed billing address outside the U.S. to Canada.
Some items cannot be shipped outside the U.S. because of the size and weight. We will have to void your order if we cannot ship it to you. If you prefer please send us an e-mail to ask before placing your order.
Q4. What is the policy for accepting personal checks and money orders?
A. Money Orders and Personal Checks are accepted. Please reply to the confirmation e-mail to confirm receipt and that your payment is being sent. We only hold items 7 days awaiting your payment. Money Orders payments are shipped within 2-3 days from receipt. Personal Check shipments are held for 10 days to allow payment to clear our account.
A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
