Q1. My order has never arrived, what do I do now?

A. If your order is not received within (10) days of the shipping notice sent via e-mail, contact us to start the tracking process and to process a insurance claim. The standard policy for a lost package requires a 21-day waiting period.

Once the claim is submitted and approved, we will ship a replacement item when in stock or refund the full order total.

In 5 years the post office has only lost two packages out of thousands sent.

If we are not notified within 30 DAYS from shipping date of the lost package, we will not be able to replace or issue a refund.

Q2. How do I return an order?

A. We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our used items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please contact us before placing your order.

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for an approval code number and the full return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your order. Returned merchandise must be received by us within ten (10) days after the approval code has been sent to you.

Q3. How and when will I be credited for orders returned?

A. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned order, we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding the original shipping/insurance costs. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

Q4. My order arrived and it is damaged, what do I do now?

A.CONTRACT US WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT should an item be damaged when it arrives.

RETAIN all packing materials and the item, as in most cases photos will be required to submit the claim. On higher cost items, the item may need to be sent to our insurance company. We do not insure our USPS shipments through the post office.

DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM AS THIS WILL VOID THE INSURANCE AND WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REPLACE THE ITEM OR ISSUE A REFUND.

Once notified of the damaged item, we will submit the claim, and once approved, we will either refund the full order total or ship a replacement item when in stock.

We pack our items carefully and have experienced only a few items damaged out of over thousands shipped.

A. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs when sent back.

A. A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returns that are not received by us after ten (10) days from our approval date.
