We are sorry but we cannot ship to a military address or to a PO Box. We ship within the U.S. and Canada only.
We are now required to obtain a signature confirmation on all orders of $250 or more by both the credit card companies and our third-party insurance company. Packages cannot be left at the door.

ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
Q1. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders ship within 3-4 business days when Priority Mail shipping method is selected. The Parcel Post shipping method will ship within 4-7 days.
Q2. What shipping methods do you offer in U.S.?
A. We offer shipping by USPS Priority Mail Insured and Parcel Post Insured. Items (display accessories) shipped directly from the distributors are sent ground only.
We now offer cheaper media mail shipping for books, VHS tapes, cd's, dvd's, and sheet music. If an item does NOT qualify for media mail after selected through checkout, a HUGE shipping amount will appear.
We also offer Priority Mail and Parcel Post. Most of our shipping calculators are based on single items being shipped. When purchasing multiple items we manually recalculate the shipping costs and may reduce costs before charging the credit card.

A. FREE SHIPPING is availabe for orders shipped within the U.S., on orders of $250 or more.

A. Orders with free shipping will be sent ground at the carrier of our choice. An additional payment will be required to upgrade the shipping method, or for the carrier of your choice.

A.We are sorry we are unable to ship to military addresses APO or FPO. We do not ship outside the US borders, but do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
U.S. Orders from $250 requires a signature confirmation, no exceptions.
Q6. What shipping method is used for shipments outside the U.S.?
A. None
Q7. Can I have an order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
A.Orders can be shipped to an alternate address. As only one address is entered on the order, you will need to have a Pay Pal account and add this alternate address on your account as a gift address. Then it can be entered on the order.
Q8. Is there a cost savings, for shipping when multiple items are ordered?
A. Most weights (except small display accessories) are set to ship a single item. After placing your order of multiple items, the shipping will be calculated, once packed, and we may reduce the shipping costs on the order and a partial refund will be issued.
Some items shipped that fit in a flat rate envelope will be less (Sheet Music, and other paper items).
