Shipping Information

A. Orders ship within 3-4 business days when Priority Mail shipping method is selected. The Parcel Post shipping method will ship within 4-7 days.

A. We offer shipping by USPS Priority Mail Insured and Parcel Post Insured. Items (display accessories) shipped directly from the distributors are sent ground only.

We now offer cheaper media mail shipping for books, VHS tapes, cd's, dvd's, and sheet music. If an item does NOT qualify for media mail after selected through checkout, a HUGE shipping amount will appear.

We also offer Priority Mail and Parcel Post. Most of our shipping calculators are based on single items being shipped. When purchasing multiple items we manually recalculate the shipping costs and may reduce costs before charging the credit card.

A. FREE SHIPPING is availabe for orders shipped within the U.S., on orders of $250 or more.

A. Orders with free shipping will be sent ground at the carrier of our choice. An additional payment will be required to upgrade the shipping method, or for the carrier of your choice.

A.We are sorry we are unable to ship to military addresses APO or FPO. We ship only USPS Priority Mail International outside the U.S. to Canada.

U.S. Orders from $250 requires a signature confirmation, no exceptions.

A. FREE shipping IS NOT offered on international orders to Canada. Duty and Country Import Fees and Taxes will not be included and are the responsibility of the customer. We only ship USPS International Priority Mail Insured.

Some items shipped outside the U.S. that fit in a flat rate envelope will be less than the automatic shipping calculator(Sheet Music, and other paper items). The shipping costs may be reduced before the credit card is charged. Just send us an e-mail and ask.

Various large items are NOT available outside the U.S. due to size and weight. We are sorry but we may have to cancel your order if we can't ship it to you.

A.Sorry only orders shipped within the United States will be shipped to an alternate address.

Credit Cards, Money Orders or Personal Checks: The two addresses, both shipping and billing addresses can be entered. The first address entered is the shipping address, to enter the billing address, select "Other" to override shipping address.

A. Most weights (except small display accessories) are set to ship a single item. After placing your order of multiple items, the shipping will be calculated, once packed, and we may reduce the shipping costs on the order before charging your credit card.
